The day was Sunday, November 26, 2017. With a group of mountaineers, we went to Beklemeto with a plan to make a light walk to the Eagle's Nest Shelter.
After an hour and a half we were on the shelter, but we decided to go to Dermenka hut, which is still so far away. To the south, the lowlands were covered in clouds, and we walked high, watching this part of Bulgaria over the clouds. Extremely beautiful view.
At 13:00 we were at Dermenka hut and we had an hour's rest with a luncheon lunch.
At 14:00 we went back. Approaching Beklemeto at 17:00, we witnessed the incredible beauty of the Balkan Mountains and the setting sun.
